Oh hi there!!! Remember me? Since my last post we’ve pretty much been to hell and back, but things are good now! I’m in a good spot, and doing something for me now! Exercise is my new happy pill (not that I’ve ever taken happy pills)!
I posted a while back about doing a program called Insanity. Well I gave up before I even got to the second month that time. But on March 4 this year I did the whole program, all 60 days of it!!! Actually I did it for a solid 11 weeks. We were heading to the Dominican Republic in May for a wedding, so I was using that as my motivation to stick with it. Well I was so glad did, I woke up at 6:00 am every morning and dug deep!!! I lost 17 pounds and felt amazing!!!!

Well after our trip I started slacking, and then I tried doing a Jillian Michaels video every day, but it just wasn’t enough. I have gained 2 pounds back, but it feels like 20!! So I decided to do round 2 of Insanity because I miss the way I felt while I was doing it!!!! And I missed seeing this guy everyday!!

So today it starts again!!! Here is me before I started the Fit Test this morning…

I’m not half as sweaty as I normally am after doing an Insanity workout, but that’s because the only workout scheduled for today was the fit test, which is only half as long as a normal workout. And you can also tell I’m super tired… you try doing 20 power jumps at 6 in the morning!!!
I decided I’m putting it out for all to see, so that it will keep me accountable!! I plan on blogging everyday again, and add a little sweaty photo every day.
