New Year, New Me… Just kidding!!

I’m not your typical, “New year, new me” type of girl.  I don’t normally make resolutions because I never keep them.  But I do try to be a little better every day.  I have started adding daily “habits” which I find has been working! Simple things like making my bed everyday, this wasn’t a priority for me in the past but now I make a point of doing it.  It just looks nicer and there is something about climbing into bed at night and not having to fix the sheets before I get in! 
Another small habit I have added is actually taking my supplements everyday.  I don’t take any medications for anything so it is hard to remember to take supplements when I am not used to taking something. So I have added taking them to my morning and evening routines! It also helps using pretty coloured pill containers, and any chance to use my label maker!

And another habit that I started a while ago that has stuck is every morning my alarm goes off at 5:50am and I get up, take my pre-workout supplement and I do my workout.  Being an introvert, I prefer to workout at home, alone.  A few years ago I fell in love with the company Team Beachbody and their workout programs!! The programs they have offer a complete schedule and meal plan to get you results!! Recently they launched a new option for its customers and coaches called the All Access Beachbody On Demand Challenge Pack.  I’m super excited for this because it gives you digital access to all of the programs they have made for a whole year!!  


Another habit I am trying is trying to post a blog every Wednesday… we will see about this one! Haha!
