I got through the first month of Insanity Max 30!! It is amazing what you are capable of, if you stick to it!! My alarm goes off at 5:50am and I get up and do my 30 minute workout!!  There are some mornings that I wake up before the alarm goes, and there are some days that I don’t want to get out of bed. But for me, if I don’t get up and get it done, then I can find so many excuses to not do it later!!
I knew I was starting to feel better, but I was surprised when I put my ‘before’ and ‘after’ pictures together!!

In one month I have lost 9 lbs. But not only that, I have changed a lot of bad food habits.  I don’t believe in dieting, as I think it is just going to set you up to fail.  You have to make healthier choices that can last a lifetime!  By using the portion control containers that I received with my 21 Day Fix program, I have learned what I can eat in a day, without counting calories. I have also started drinking Shakeology as my breakfast every morning! I have managed to curb sweet cravings, and I definitely feel full longer!  I have really been trying to get my water in.  I used to never drink water, like at all. So I am trying to make a conscious effort to get it in!! 
I was slow at the start but I am getting stronger every day!!
