Well it was raining out today, and I’m sick and the two little boys are sick. So I decided to take out my sewing machine, since I got the fabric I ordered for my kitchen window, in the mail yesterday.

I thought it still looked too plain, so I did this…
Much better, ideally I should’ve ordered more fabric because I wanted it to be scrunchy at the top, but work with what you’ve got right? I like it because now it ties the red pantry door into the kitchen, and also breaks up some of the white of the cupboards and backsplash.
Now that I have my machine out I should make M his sock monkey, it’s not fair that D has one but M doesn’t!! Hopefully tomorrow is a sunny day, I hate gloomy days, especially when i’m sick too!
