It Takes 21 Days to Form a Habit!

On Monday, November 30 I started the 21 Day Fix.  I joined a Facebook challenge group of about 17 ladies who are all working on the same program or are on 21 Day Fix Extreme.

It is so nice to have a group to hold you accountable.  When you do workouts at home sometimes you need this!  The group is lead by a Beachbody Coach.  It is nice having a Coach to motivate and encourage you along the way!! You have to check in to the group everyday to stay accountable.

I am really enjoying the 21 Day Fix!! There are 7 different workouts (1 for every day of the week).  It is nice to mix it up from day to day, not to mention the workouts are only 30 minutes each!  If you can’t find 30 minutes in a day to workout it may be easier to think about the fact that it is only 2% of your day. Like c’mon! Who doesn’t have 2% of their day to work on their health?!

In the challenge group our Coach will ask a daily question, so that we check in with our answer.  And once in a while we throw in a #sweatyselfie.  It is important to track your daily progress with pictures! You don’t always see the numbers on the scale changing, so it helps to see your body changing in photos.

So now I will flood you with my #sweatyselfies from the past couple of weeks…

 I’m so excited that I’ve got that drive back!! It has inspired me to want to help connect with other people on their journey!!
