Hi, I’m Maxine (or Max)

I’m a forty something, boy mom, who loves to decorate and redecorate my home.

I started this blog many moons ago when my babies were still babies. I have been blogging off an on over the years. I am now ready to recommit to it now that life is slowing down a little since my kids are teenagers and have their own lives.

I will always try to DIY something before asking someone else to do it or buy it. I have ADHD, so I am always full of ideas and maybe this blog will help to organize my thoughts (or give purpose to them 😉

My brain may be all over the map at times, but there is something therapeutic about writing.
